Job Title: Account Manager SME and Specialized Channels
Job Location: Port Harcourt, NG
Job Summary
Supervise activities of Etisalat Strategic Partners (ESP) and SME Channel Partners (SCP) sales channels across allotted regions and cities.
Principal Functions
- Ensure all ESP targets allocated to manned regions are met
- Coordinate and ensure proper execution of planned trainings for ESPs and SCPs
- Plan canvassing routes for ESPs in the regions
- Gather local intelligence of competitions' reseller activities in the region
- Ensure proper data base of ESPs in allotted region is kept and updated
- Discharge all administrative duties that will enable the seamless functioning of the SME channel in allotted region
- Plan and coordinate ESPs and SCPs sales activities at the regional level
- Develop stock pick up plans for allotted region
- Assist in resolving all ESP incentive issues coming from allotted region
- Keep a constant communication with ESPs on incentives, promos and general sales activities
- General Management of ESP and SCP channels in allotted region
First degree or equivalent
Experience, Skills and Competencies
- Three (3) to Five (5) years work experience in channel development in a Telecoms sales environment
- Excellent communications skills, good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
- Account management experience
