Position: Marketing Coordinator
Position Description:
Creates, maintains and coordinates proposals, presentations and marketing material. Plans and schedules proposal/presentation production activities to ensure team goals are accomplished and deadlines are met. Ensures company website is updated.

Marketing Coordination Role:
  • Coordinate and produce proposals including: writing and editing text, effective design layout (organization charts, site logistics, graphics, resumes, schedules etc.) and assembly of a quality final product that is delivered on time.
  • Lead the proposals/presentation process including: manage meetings, coordinate and follow up for timely completion of deliverables from team members, ensure best quality of proposals.
  • Develop an understanding of company’s products and differentiating skill sets so that these offerings can be communicated to our clients.
  • Responsible for the overall quality of the work produced and take initiative to improve the quality of our work product.
  • Be innovative and creative.
  • Work in concert with the other members of the department.
  • Be a team player who is willing to perform any task that needs completed in order to help the department.
  • Develop and maintain relationships that will help enhance our knowledge and depth of marketing materials. This includes relationships with marketing Coordinators from other business lines, territories and companies.
Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and produce proposals, presentation boards, photography, videos and other marketing collateral for presentations.
  • Develop customized marketing materials as needed.
  • Provide overall support to Business Development.
  • Order and track promotional Items as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate project award submittals.
  • Learn the history of Arbico
  • In concert with the other members of the department:
  • Organize and manage photos, graphics, proposals, presentations
  • Develop and maintain the library (database) of Turner resumes and experience in the Northwest.
  • Perform local market research.
  • Create and maintain our library of Project Description Sheets.
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing materials inventories: brochures, slides, photos, project description sheets, covers, binders, proposal paper, etc. 
  • Manage Arbico’s Brand
  • Manage Arbico’s website and ensure regular updates. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Attributes:
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or the AEC industry.
  • BA in Marketing, Communication, Design or similar preferred.
  • Excellent written and communication skills to develop technical proposals.
  • Successfully manages projects through completion.
  • Balances and prioritizes multiple difficult and demanding tasks.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to reprioritize personal schedule
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize with a strong attention to detail
  • Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Works well with others, under pressure and tight timelines. Our business depends on hitting delivery dates!

  • Possess strong sense of accountability.
