ESSENTIAL DUTIES/KEY JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:
o Prepare, compile and sort students records for data entry
o Check source documents for accuracy
o Verify accuracy of data, correct and update data where necessary
o Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
o Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database and files
o Check completed work for accuracy
o Store completed documents in designated locations
o Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
o Retrieve Information in the Right Format at the Right Time
o Print information when required
o Comply with data integrity and security policies
o Maintaining Extreme Confidentiality
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Meet minimum service quality performance (i.e. productivity and quality standards) in terms of:
o Targeted daily rate/number of students records entry into PowerCAMPUS
o Accuracy and quality of data entries into PowerCAMPUS
o Meet deadlines and work schedules and timely completion of tasks and other related duties as assigned
o Maintain acceptable level of attendance and punctuality
o Understand and comply with LBS policies, procedures and standards
o Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional and courteous conduct in the course of duties
o Adhere strictly to LBS dress code and values
o Ensure a proper filing and archiving of all student information document and files during and after completion of data entry exercise

JOb Qualifications
o Formal computer training and certification an advantage
o Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, Excel and any database management system
o Accurate keyboard skills, experience and proven ability to enter data at a fast speed with minimum errors
o Good Knowledge of English language; correct spellings, grammar and punctuation
o Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
Qualification
Tertiary education level-BSc or HND
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years work experience in data entry in a reputable organization
